At Integrated Dynamics, we don’t use the word “experts” lightly. After 21 years of service in the Civil Engineering Corps and Special Operations Command, I transitioned into project management for several large 8a companies. I quickly noticed a significant skills gap in the industry—too many contractors eager to win contracts but unwilling to seek out the highest skilled tradesmen necessary to ensure smooth execution and successful project outcomes.
To address this, I partnered with two of the most accomplished professionals in the business to form a federal contracting coalition that prioritizes quality and professionalism on every project. We view our government counterparts as true partners, all working together towards the same goal: timely success.
